What does your order status mean?

• PAYMENT RECEIVED - Your payment and order were submitted.
• IN SHIPPING - We have sent your order to our warehouse for packing and shipping. At this point we can no longer cancel your order.
• SHIPPED - Your porcelain doll order has been shipped. Please allow time for it to be delivered.
• ORDER PROBLEM REPORTED - We are waiting to hear back from you in order to answer a question about your order. In most cases, the order will not be filled until we receive your response.
• ORDER PROBLEM RESOLVED - Your porcelain doll order problem has been resolved and further action or processing is being taken.
• ORDER CANCELLED - Your order has been cancelled for various reasons. Please see message with email.
• ORDER DELIVERED - Per the tracking information we have for FedEx or UPS, or timeframe based on USPS shipping estimates, your order has reached the deliver address.
